ASRG, the force behind the highly acclaimed Logitech G Pro Invitational Series, is thrilled to announce the launch of the GT Pro Invitational, a new GT3 championship designed to showcase the pinnacle of sim racing talent across Australasia.
With a spectacular six-round calendar and an exciting endurance format, this series promises high-stakes action, fierce competition, and unforgettable moments.
The Format
The GT Pro Invitational will feature three-hour endurance races with a minimum of two drivers per car for each event. Teams can nominate up to four drivers per car at the start of the season, allowing flexibility in team lineups across the series. However, drivers must remain committed to a single car and cannot register across multiple entries.
In keeping with the competitive spirit, drivers must select one manufacturer to represent throughout the season. A single car change is permitted during the year, adding an element of strategic decision-making for teams and drivers alike. With no drop rounds, every race counts, and consistency will be key to claiming the championship crown.
The Calendar
Eligibility and Pre-Qualification
To ensure the highest level of competition, teams must earn their spot on the grid through a pre-qualification process in February. During this phase, drivers will showcase their pace and consistency on a selection of tracks that will be announced soon, along with the specific criteria for evaluation. Only the top-performing teams and drivers will secure an invitation to compete in the series, making the GT Pro Invitational the definitive battleground for Australasia’s elite sim racers.
